The project called upon so many of HLL’s skills and resources in terms of Planning, Legal Documentation, Asset Management, Party Wall Awards, and even an element of Construction monitoring as the building needed to be physically separated from being a former Department Store - into its differing legal demises. It was extremely positive and helpful that we were able to achieve such a good working relationship with Provident Finance, as the adjoining occupier. The support we received from the CBMDC in terms of Planning, Listing Consultations and potential Grant Applications was most beneficial.
