Pre lettings to Eversheds, Ernst Young and DWF of 150,000 sq. ft. and a forward sale of the residential tower, led to the issue of a building contract for the entire scheme was completed by Bovis Lendlease Construction in July 2007.
The development was undertaken jointly between St James Securities and Landmark Development Projects Ltd of Leeds.
