X-Leisure appointed Holbeck Land as local development partners in 2008 to masterplan and maximise the development potential of the 150,000 sq.ft Leisure Park.
Working with Planning Officers, a key objective is improving connectivity between Kirkstall and Armley, in partnership with Leeds City Council and the Armley Mills Industrial Museum.
