On behalf of west riding house in leeds, moorfield group and joint venture partner holbeck land have announced a further office letting at the 19 storey landmark building to rock deformation research (rdr).
RDR, a leading structural geology consultancy has taken 5,180 sq ft (481.2 sq m) of space on a ten year lease, close to the asking rent of £16.95 per square foot (£182.45 per square meter). RDR join a host of well known companies in the multi-tenanted building alongside fellow research specialist Optimisa who also took 5,180 sq ft last month in June.
