Holbeck Land is working with the Rushbond Group to underpin the regeneration of this important listed mill complex, located between Skipton Town Centre and Skipton Railway Station.

Early success was secured with the preletting of almost 45,000 sf of offices to Craven District Council, North Yorkshire County Council and two medical call centre occupiers. Refurbishment work to the North and West Wings is complete and attention has now turned to the East Wing.
